What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide level 2 support for SaaS and custom-built insurance applications
- Deliver world-class customer service via chat, email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Interact with team members across multiple departments to ensure effective use of business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues, data errors, and software upgrade testing
- Support application conversion and implementation projects, while following information security best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, application support, or insurance
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, O365, SharePoint)
- Ability to follow standard operating practices and procedures
- Good problem-solving skills for technology-related issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Foundational knowledge of the insurance industry
- Experience providing technical support for SaaS applications
- Familiarity with CRM Software (Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Understanding of ITIL, Agile, and Scrum frameworks
