What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate situations involving the existing code base to determine potential issues
- Assist with the resolution of pain points that may arise through the use of the platform
- Coordinate problem resolution with various internal contacts
- Monitor system and database feedback to prevent future issues
- Write and execute custom code blocks to complete customer requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree in IT field or relevant experience
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and initiative
- Knowledge of relational databases, web technologies, and API development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
