What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance to users via chat and troubleshoot application issues
- Triage incoming support tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Execute project sub-tasks under the supervision of senior team members
- Assist users with application access, practice locations, and telehealth issues
- Maintain effective communication with users to enhance their experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year's experience in troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings
- Associate Degree
- Basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt to changes for self-improvement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to read/write simple SQL statements or run SQL statements written by other team members
