What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to users via chat, following predefined troubleshooting steps
- Triage and manage incoming tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshoot application issues related to access, user management, and telehealth services
- Assist in executing project tasks within the Practice Success workstream under supervision
- Maintain effective communication with users, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings
- Basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
- Experience navigating AWS S3 folders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Associate Degree

- Ability to read and write simple SQL statements or run SQL statements written by other team members
