      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support to end-users, addressing software issues related to enterprise applications
      - Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems, documenting the problem-solving process
      - Configure and implement system releases as required to ensure high application availability
      - Train users on the use of applications and prepare documentation for application procedures
      - Manage support ticket queues, conducting thorough investigations and efficiently resolving incidents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
      - 2-5 years of experience in supporting IT systems and applications
      - Demonstrated experience with relevant IT systems and applications, specifically Manhattan WMS or other Tier 1 Warehouse Management Systems
      - Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to WMS and related systems
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Ability to work with databases, including writing SQL queries
      - Strong customer service skills to provide timely and accurate support to users
      - Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions

      - Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and stakeholders
