What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform technical operational tasks routinely within the operational level agreement (OLA)
- Troubleshoot issues reported by users and independently resolve known issues and 80% of new occurrences
- Monitor and recover all processes to maintain environment stability
- Coordinate with Level 3 and Development teams to resolve issues in the production environment
- Develop support scripts and simplify issue investigation processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in application development and/or application support
- At least 3 years of experience with Ab Initio and database-related projects
- Minimum of 3 years with Unix commands, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, and job scheduling tools
- Strong knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL) and a DevOps mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Hive
- Knowledge of finance accounting domain
- Familiarity with shell scripting
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
