What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents related to applications
- Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries and issues
- Utilize chat functionality to deliver service and support to agency customers
- Accurately process and record call transactions using the agency's ticketing system
- Develop and create documentation on training materials and Knowledge Base Articles

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment providing customer/user service
- Experience using a Help Desk ticketing system such as Salesforce, Remedy, or Ivanti
- Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to quickly learn complex business applications and assist end users
- ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification; work experience may be a substitute
- Experience researching problems, analyzing trends, and distributing findings
- Familiarity with commercial software, COTS, and/or applications software
