What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide second and third-level support for Broker Applications
- Collaborate with internal staff and vendors to research and resolve system issues
- Monitor application performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Document resolution steps for team knowledge bases
- Conduct system, integration, and functional verification tests for software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 to 3+ years’ experience administering core Broker Management Systems (e.g., Epic, TAM, Sagitta, AMS360)
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry
- 2+ years’ experience with application back-ends/servers
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, or non-regular hours as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a distributed network environment
- Experience providing production support to end users
- Experience developing test plans and conducting data testing and verification
- Strong ability to recommend solutions or alternatives to meet end-user needs
