What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide second and third-level support for Broker Applications and maintain assigned systems
- Collaborate with internal staff and vendors to research and resolve technical issues
- Monitor application performance, develop recommendations for improvements, and manage escalated tickets
- Conduct system, integration, and functional verification tests for software; coordinate user acceptance testing
- Document resolution steps and maintain computer system documentation in accordance with defined standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 to 3+ years' experience administering core Broker Management Systems (e.g., Epic, TAM, Sagitta, or AMS360)
- 2 to 3 years' experience in the insurance industry
- 2+ years' experience working with and administering application back-ends/servers
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, or non-regular hours as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a distributed network environment
- Experience developing test plans and conducting testing and verification of results
- Familiarity with production support for end users
