      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to clients through emails, phone calls, and online training meetings
      - Assist with software testing and the setup of new accounts
      - Gather feedback for the product team and provide technical support to clients and the customer support team
      - Educate and develop existing customer accounts, demonstrating new features and unique use cases
      - Maintain and oversee file server cleanup and maintenance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Customer service experience in a high-growth SaaS company
      - Excellent phone and email communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
      - Availability for on-call support over the weekend a few times a year
      - Experience with report writing tools and relational databases (e.g., DevExpress, Crystal Reports, SQL, or MS Access) is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Venue/event industry experience
      - Strong proficiency with SQL databases, data analytics, and reports
      - Experience with HTML and creating/formating digital documents
      - Detail-oriented with a passion for excellent work
      - Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
