      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for GDS software and ClientBase product inquiries from multiple departments
      - Report and escalate GDS system issues to ensure timely resolutions
      - Assist with onboarding processes for agents and support for TripCase
      - Collaborate with training teams to identify and address recurring issues and skill gaps
      - Enhance communication procedures to ensure effective information delivery to agents and support teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience with Travel GDS systems, specifically SABRE (experience with other GDS systems is a plus)
      - Knowledge of GDSx/Concur Compleat and ClientBase is a plus
      - Advanced knowledge of the travel industry
      - Exceptional customer service skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a travel agent
      - Familiarity with advanced GDS systems beyond SABRE
      - Demonstrated positive attitude and creative problem-solving skills
