Job Description

- Continuous improvement to ensure delivery of high quality within service & support with an agile and lean mindset.
- Maintain and update of user documentation.
- Work closely with different teams, i.e.: eCommerce product team, business teams from different countries and other product teams.
- Validate and review all incoming requests to ensure date quality and correctness.
- Triage tickets and update them accordingly.
- Escalate issue/request to 3rd level in cases where Application Supporter cannot solve the request and follow up.
- Scrum related ceremonies with the eCommerce Product Team.
- Provide overview to eCommerce Product Team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience in eCommerce websites.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Super User capabilities on multiple systems including; Content Management System (Contentful), Search (Algolia), Enterprise Resource Planning (Dynamics 365), Product Information Management (InRiver), Digital Asset Management (Aprimo), Ticketing System (Service Now).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quality and deadline oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
- Ability to travel up to 5% both domestic and internationally.

The Application Supporter role will focus on analyzing and provide efficient, qualified, and timely service to support internal ECCO users of our Global eCommerce platform. By utilizing colleagues worldwide, you will deliver optimum support for our US based business on our state-of-the-art eCommerce platform. On a daily basis you will work with both the business and IT side of our organization with a broad touchpoint in both areas. You will join a very diverse Product Team with members across Europe, Asia and now US and help with rolling out our Global eCommerce platform to the world and ensure that it will be a success for our users.
