What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze user needs for developing and modifying clinical or business applications
- Provide complex application support and write documentation and specifications
- Propose solutions and recommendations based on complex results analysis
- Build, configure, and modify applications using existing application tools
- Serve as a resource for resolving complex problems and issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year in programming or applications analysis
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Ability to teach analysis and problem-solving principles to IT staff
- Experience with Hyland OnBase, EDCO Solarity, and/or Epic is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- OnBase certification
- Proven ability to develop complex specifications for applications
- Strong customer service skills and experience working with diverse organizational levels
- Excellent organization skills and creativity in problem-solving
