What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work independently and collaboratively to manage small to medium-sized project initiatives through planning, analysis, testing, and implementation
- Implement and provide administration and support for purchased software, adhering to department standards
- Develop and support SQL Server, including troubleshooting, writing stored procedures, and complex queries
- Create PowerShell scripts and collaborate with QA and other teams to support operational systems
- Participate in agile scrum teams for internal development and product acquisition/integration projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in large and complex applications/systems, including integrations and user support
- Strong SQL and SQL Server skills, including advanced queries and stored procedures
- Experience with report writing; familiarity with SSRS or PowerBI is a plus
- Proficiency in scripting languages, preferably PowerShell, VB Script, or JavaScript
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, with strong facilitation and leadership abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SSIS or ServiceNow is a plus
- General knowledge of Active Directory, networking, security, or servers for application troubleshooting
- Ability to work on multiple projects with changing priorities and tight deadlines
