What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of application functionality through collaboration with senior staff and documentation review
- Collaborate with end users to gather and define application requirements
- Build and configure systems to meet specific user needs using available application tools
- Execute testing, identify issues, and provide timely resolutions while ensuring excellent customer service
- Lead small to medium-sized complex projects with appropriate oversight and support during implementation events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in information technology, finance, clinical field, or related field with six (6) years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with four (4) years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Experience supporting applications in a healthcare environment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify meaningful patterns
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities
