What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, execute, deploy, and provide application support for Reporting and Analytics within UKG Dimensions
- Manage production issues to ensure service restoration, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
- Act as a liaison among stakeholders including business partners, IT teams, and service providers
- Identify opportunities to refine operational procedures for consistent support with minimal errors
- Monitor software releases to assess changes and plan for regression testing, user communications, and training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of analytics and reporting experience
- At least 2 years of experience in an operational efficiencies and metrics-driven environment
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle Human Resource and Oracle PL/SQL development
- Proven track record in leading business analysis, process design, and application development (SDLC)
- Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills
- Extensive experience in delivering IT solutions on time and within budget
