What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new features and user interfaces based on wireframe models
- Ensure optimal application performance and user experience
- Fix bugs and resolve performance issues
- Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions
- Collect workflow information from clients and develop current and future state workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in IT
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability for tasks
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years of experience in medium to large-sized systems projects in a technology-driven environment
- Experience with Epic software or other healthcare IT systems
- Familiarity with employee-facing and/or Human Resources applications
- Ability to interpret and follow technical plans
- Experience working in a team environment
