What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve certification and competencies in primary applications assigned
- Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
- Ensure optimal performance and user experience of applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Act as a point of escalation for complex multi-system issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in IT
- Three years of experience working on medium to large-sized systems projects in a technology-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic software or other healthcare IT systems
- Experience with employee-facing and/or Human Resources applications
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate accountability for groups of tasks or processes
