What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, configure, and support activities for the application product line, including maintenance and migration of product configurations and databases
- Write and perform unit and end-to-end testing, debugging complex data errors, and providing resolutions
- Analyze proposed product design and configuration changes and suggest appropriate alternatives
- Develop and implement workflows and process improvements in a healthcare environment
- Provide documentation of functional and technical characteristics of product configurations and version control of migrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from a community college or technical school with a degree in Computer Science or a related field and five (5) years of experience in configuration management or supporting IT in a healthcare setting
- Expert knowledge in configuring software applications and T-SQL scripting
- Experience with debugging complex stored procedures and knowledge of the Software and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to conduct data analysis on databases/data sets and understand data quality issues
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in information technology or related field
- Experience in health insurance or healthcare industries
- Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and C# development
- Experience working in an agile and collaborative team environment
- High level of self-motivation and attention to detail
