What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, configure, and support activities for the application product line, including data management and maintenance
- Oversee end-to-end testing, including writing unit tests and debugging complex data errors
- Document and implement detailed workflows and process improvements in a healthcare environment
- Provide advice and guidance on methods, procedures, and requirements for documentation creation
- Analyze proposed product design changes and communicate technical solutions to business units

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from a Community College or Technical School with a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in configuration management and/or supporting information technology in a healthcare setting
- Expert knowledge in configuring software applications and T-SQL scripting
- Experience in debugging complex stored procedures and knowledge of the Software and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to conduct data analysis on databases/data sets and resolve data quality issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Four years of progressive experience in the field of information technology
- Experience in health insurance or healthcare industries
- Familiarity with XML and JSON data structures and C# development
- Experience working in an agile and collaborative team environment
