      YOUR IMPACT
      Ultimately, you will have the potential to impact significant savings to end customers for their Production process and financially benefit Lockheed Martin as a whole as a creative engineer with our team.
      As someone who is fluent in your technical craft, you will find yourself influencing everything from the design, development, test, and implementation, to the maintenance of advanced technical processes and business analytics resources.
      You will also be uniquely positioned to recognize areas for improvement and foster collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, bettering the overall team and site.
      Beyond that, you may also find yourself:

      • Performing Project Management functions (budget and schedule management, status reporting, cost-benefit analysis, etc.) for both government-funded and internally-funded Manufacturing Technology projects
      • Provide technical status reporting and troubleshooting to Production Operations build areas for Operations Technology's technical projects
      • Interfacing with shop floor personnel to prototype and test new technology concepts • Work experience in Applications, Manufacturing, Process, Robotics, Automation, Electronics, or other related Engineering field
      • Experience in technical problem solving within manufacturing with exposure to prototyping new ideas
      • Project management experience Desired skills :
      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with advanced manufacturing concepts
      • Experience with aircraft electrical harness testing, design, or other function test attributes
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability of interfacing across multi-faceted teams to achieve common goals
      • Demonstrated ability to use metrics and other means to critically assess the organization, propose viable business solutions, measure performance, and take corrective action
