What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for the development, testing, integration, and implementation of applications and interfaces across the health system
- Assist IT teams with product selection and technical evaluations to ensure adherence to enterprise-wide requirements
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting
- Serve as a liaison to health system departments, ensuring proper use of IT resources and high service levels
- Offer design solutions and alternatives, and participate in defining system scope, objectives, and solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of four (4) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with an Associate's degree
- Minimum of six (6) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a High School diploma or GED
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with hospital billing and/or Epic EMR
- Strong team collaboration skills and responsiveness to internal customers
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Previous experience in a healthcare IT environment
