What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for applications and interfaces that deliver IT tools and support business functions across the health system
- Analyze, develop, and implement new functionality while enhancing current systems and workflows
- Serve as a liaison to health system departments, ensuring proper use of IT resources and maintaining high service levels
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for program development and troubleshooting
- Communicate progress on tasks, projects, and issues to management and stakeholders regularly

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly responsive to internal customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with automated dispensing cabinets, retail pharmacy point of sale systems, and inventory management systems
- Previous experience in a healthcare IT environment
