What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical evaluation of products/tools to ensure compliance with enterprise-wide requirements
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for program development, modification, and troubleshooting
- Evaluate requests and consult on design for new or modified computer programs and solutions
- Serve as a technical consultant to the health system and participate in initiatives to improve efficiency
- Update management and stakeholders on progress regarding tasks, projects, and issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Four (4) years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience (with a Bachelor's degree)
- Six (6) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience (with an Associate's degree)
- Eight (8) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience (with a High School diploma or GED)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ASAP or Ambulatory EPIC Certification
- Experience with Ambient AI and Abridge
