      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer, maintain, and optimize Verint workforce engagement and customer support tools to enhance operational performance
      - Partner with customer care teams to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement
      - Analyze operational data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and enhance the efficiency of support tools
      - Lead the exploration and implementation of AI-driven solutions, including automation and predictive analytics
      - Provide training and support for end-users on new tools, features, and AI-driven enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
      - Four (4) years of experience with IT systems and/or related operational experience if holding a Bachelor's degree
      - Six (6) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience if holding an Associate's degree
      - Eight (8) years of IT systems and/or related operational experience if holding a High School diploma or GED
      - Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer care technology and AI implementation
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
      - Proven ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
      - Familiarity with emerging AI trends and best practices in customer care technology
      - Experience in developing business cases for IT innovations
