      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Apply corporate law expertise to develop generative AI applications for legal services
      - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance data extraction platforms

      - Stay informed on complex M&A and debt finance transactions to inform product development
      - Adapt to new areas of law as needed to support the evolving needs of the business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - J.D. (or J.D. equivalent) from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a transactional attorney at a top law firm
      - Experience with complex M&A and debt finance transactions is a plus
      - Exceptional technical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced systems
      - Proven interest in prompt engineering and leveraging large language models (LLMs) for legal work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with generative AI applications or similar technologies
      - Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges
      - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new areas of law
