What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls to book service appointments
- Manage incoming calls for all 4 locations
- Either handle customer's request or dispatch call to appropriate service advisor
- Make outgoing calls and follow up on leads
- Provide online quotes
- Update customer information
- Communicate with stores for efficient scheduling
- Follow all company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Willingness to learn
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Confidence on the phone
- Knowledge of vehicles and repairs is an asset but not required
- Flexible work from home options available

- Previous experience in customer service or call center role
