      With a 60-year history of success, Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC) has retirement communities throughout Texas, with over 1000+ employees and growing! A financially strong non-profit, MRC is solely focused on transforming the aging experience through innovation and heart!

      About the Role:
      As our Appointment Generator, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential residents and their families. Your mission? To spark interest, build relationships, and schedule appointments for tours at our warm and welcoming senior living communities. You'll be the friendly voice that guides future families and residents towards their perfect home!

      What You’ll Be Doing:
      ✅ Calling prospective residents and their families to introduce them to our vibrant communities
      ✅ Building rapport, answering basic questions, and sparking interest in scheduling a tour
      ✅ Maintaining an organized database of contacts and follow-ups
      ✅ Collaborating with our marketing & sales teams to ensure a seamless experience

      Qualifications


      What We’re Looking For:
      A people person – You love talking, listening, and making meaningful connections
      Comfortable on the phone – You’re confident, engaging, and have a knack for persuasion
      Organized and detail-oriented – You can track leads and follow up like a pro
      Tech-savvy – You can navigate CRM systems and communicate effectively online
      Passionate about senior living – You believe in finding the right home for our residents
      Experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required!
