What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating projects, including involvement in the design phase
- Work with customers and technical staff to resolve software-related issues and implement improvements
- Act as team leader on various projects
- Participate in the development of software user manuals
- Maintain confidentiality of information within the scope of responsibilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Over 8 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work off hours and participate in on-call rotation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Workday as an ERP solution
- Workday ERP Security experience
