Aquatics Logistics Specialist The Columbia Association Aquatics Division is looking for a candidate who is detail oriented and organized to join our team. Under the direction of the Assistant Aquatics Director, the Logistics Specialist is charged with coordinating the staffing of Columbia Association outdoor pool facilities for the summer season (May to September.) During the off-season (October-April), the Logistics Specialist will assist in administrative duties, staffing the indoor pool facilities, and new team members' hiring and onboarding processes. Two years of office administrative experience as well as scheduling experience are preferred. Top applicants will be proficient with the following computer programs: Outlook, Google Workspace and Dayforce. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
