What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day, monthly, quarterly, and year-end operations of Accounts Receivable
- Assist in cash management reporting and monthly close activities
- Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations for Accounts Receivable
- Process customer invoices and milestone payments while maintaining AR aging reports
- Support internal and external customer inquiries and audit documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of work experience in an Accounts Receivable Specialist capacity
- ERP Accounting system experience is required
- Extremely strong MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the construction or solar industry
- Stable work history
- Familiarity with Acumatica software
