      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor accounts receivable inventory for timely follow-up and claims resolution
      - Submit appeals for accounts with retroactive coverage
      - Follow up on unpaid commercial and third-party claims in a timely manner
      - Review and understand explanations of benefits and remittance advice
      - Document all follow-up efforts clearly in the accounts receivable system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of patient registration, billing, or equivalent experience
      - Working knowledge of medical and insurance terms
      - Ability to review and discuss HCFA billing with insurance or government agencies
      - General computer knowledge and experience with electronic filing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working directly with explanations of benefits (EOBs) and contractual adjustments
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with professionalism
      - Proven ability to meet productivity expectations
