      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor commercial and specialty payer accounts receivable to ensure timely follow-up and claims resolution
      - Submit appeals for accounts with retroactive coverage obtained
      - Follow up on unpaid commercial and third-party payer claims in a timely manner
      - Document all follow-up efforts clearly in the accounts receivable system
      - Collaborate with the denials team on difficult or recurring denials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of patient registration, billing, or equivalent experience
      - Working knowledge of medical and insurance terms
      - Ability to review and discuss HCFA billing with insurance or government agencies
      - Experience working directly with EOBs and contractual adjustments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General computer knowledge, particularly with electronic filing
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
      - Proven ability to meet productivity expectations
