      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive architectural specifications for commercial paint products in new and existing building projects
      - Develop and maintain relationships with firms influencing specifications for commercial businesses
      - Conduct project tracking, planning, and task allocation to meet milestones
      - Hold technical discussions with specification writers and present color schemes to interior designers
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders including Owners, Architects, Designers, General Contractors, and Painters

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales
      - High School Diploma required
      - Proven sales experience influencing Architectural Specifications
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, and CRM tools
      - Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with AIA MasterFormat and CSI/CDC Three Part Format
      - Membership in industry associations and existing contacts in architecture and interior design
      - Knowledge of web-based applications such as Construct Connect, BSD, AVITRU, and BIM/REVIT
