This is responsible professional architectural work in the planning, design, review, inspection and coordination of major building construction, alteration and maintenance projects for the employing jurisdiction.
Minimum Qualification RequirementsJurisdiction Yearly Salary Mobile County $84,863 - $135,667
Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor of architecture degree from a recognized college or university accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) and a minimum of three years responsible professional experience as a registered architect; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
Special Requirement
Licensure as a Registered Architect by the State of Alabama Board of Architects; or if licensed in another state, the ability to become registered within 6 months from date of employment.
