What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate, develop, and maintain design standards and templates for construction projects
- Create conceptual architectural design studies for inpatient and ambulatory facilities
- Develop and maintain AutoCAD, Revit, and BlueBeam drawing features and standards
- Facilitate project construction data collection and provide required reports for regulatory compliance
- Serve as a resource for clarification of codes and standards for regulatory agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess an Associate's degree in Architectural Technology
- Minimum of five years of AutoCAD and Revit production experience in the medical field
- One year of experience with BlueBeam or other PDF editing software
- Proficient in common office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Basic mathematical skills for project estimation and square footage calculations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Additional related education and/or experience in healthcare design preferred
