What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the installation life cycle, resolving inquiries and job changes
- Manage all jobs within the assigned area and product category, ensuring adherence to industry construction standards
- Conduct Job Site Inspections (JSIs) to assess quality of work and service provider compliance
- Resolve open services and job inquiries to drive efficient job life-cycle timelines
- Ensure timely closure of all open services and complete all items to customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a related field
- Ability to pass a pre-employment test if applicable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry
- Prior experience managing residential home improvement installation projects
