What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service through incoming calls, adhering to brand standards
- Maintain accuracy in room and suite reservations for multiple properties

- Pursue revenue opportunities and maintain detailed notes in the lead management system
- Fulfill daily tasks on the Reservations Checklist while achieving monthly conversion and revenue targets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations, Front Desk, or Concierge at a luxury resort
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and telephone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment and accept assignments from multiple individuals
