What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing demand data to implement strategic selling strategies that drive REVPAR
- Monitor daily flash reports and provide recommendations and support to hotel staff
- Create and analyze competitive hotel information for informed decision-making
- Identify revenue problems and opportunities to positively impact revenues
- Maintain demand-generating calendars for holidays, special events, and citywide activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years' experience in hotel front office, group reservations, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management
- Ability to understand processes and conduct audits of systems
- Experience in independent and branded operations preferred
- Excellent personal management and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multi-brand hotels such as Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or Marriott
- Proven track record of fostering teamwork and leading by example
- Analytical mindset with a focus on strategic revenue generation
