What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing demand data to implement strategic selling strategies for REVPAR improvement
- Monitor daily flash reports, providing recommendations and support to staff as needed
- Create and analyze competitive hotel information for informed decision-making
- Identify revenue problems and opportunities in advance to positively impact revenue
- Maintain demand-generating calendars for holidays, special events, and citywide activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years’ experience in hotel front office, group reservations, analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, and filtering data
- Ability to understand and audit processes for accountability
- Experience in independent and branded hotel operations preferred
- Excellent personal management skills, including time management and effective communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with independent and multi-brand hotels (e.g., Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, Marriott)
- Proven track record in revenue management practices
