What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and approve all contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies
- Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce and document policy changes
- Provide support to the sales team through calls and emails regarding contract review and customer service
- Collaborate with Sales Operations on report development and distribution
- Educate and facilitate training for sales teams on operational processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience supporting a sales team
- Working knowledge and reporting capabilities in Salesforce
- Extensive data entry experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical device or healthcare-related sales environment
- Familiarity with contract management and compliance processes
- Ability to work late hours at the end of the quarter, as needed
- Previous experience in training or educating teams
