      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage Direct Sales Representatives within the designated region
      - Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers in various sectors
      - Generate leads and manage a customer funnel effectively
      - Coordinate training and marketing support for Java House accounts
      - Stay informed about liquid coffee and specialty beverage trends to educate potential customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales or Business, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits
      - Proven sales management experience with a track record of achievement
      - Strong relationship-building and analytical skills, with experience leading teams
      - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
      - Must be based in the assigned region and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing distributor relationships and executing retail programming
      - Proficiency in closing sales through both warm leads and cold calls
      - Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player
      - Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and expectations
