      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives for assigned territories/accounts
      - Identify and expand distribution opportunities within assigned accounts
      - Promote sales of products and maintain accurate forecasts
      - Manage customer complaints and prepare returns in accordance with company policy
      - Report sales activities and opportunities to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3+ years B2B Sales experience in the construction, building materials, and/or power tools industry
      - Strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; SAP experience preferred
      - Must reside in the designated territory (Cincinnati, Lexington, or Louisville area)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven sales track record in the power tools or construction industry
      - Experience in executing merchandising programs
      - Familiarity with measuring performance of promotional and new product activities
