What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer support and drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers
- Manage the execution of retail programs, including plan-o-gram optimization and product placement
- Collaborate with Area Manager to identify opportunities for sales and gross margin improvement
- Resolve store-level customer service issues and requests as the face of the company
- Communicate effectively with customer operations teams regarding program progress and sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of merchandising experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Working knowledge of MS Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills
