What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive market adoption of Aeroseal's sealing products among residential new construction builders
- Meet and exceed sales projections while generating ongoing sales opportunities
- Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with builders and HERS raters
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce
- Attend industry events to build brand awareness and drive sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated success in sales or business development, preferably in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Communication, or Liberal Arts is preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
- Experience in lead generation and relationship-building
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with builders or HERS raters in the construction market
- Familiarity with selling non-commodity products
- Creative problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
