      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize a consultative sales approach to demonstrate how the employer's solutions can transform an analog business into an innovative digital workflow
      - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while managing a defined geography of accounts
      - Foster positive relationships with orthodontic practice team members to inspire modernization and business growth
      - Deliver clinical training and presentations to maximize implementation and integration of the employer's technology
      - Collaborate with integration specialists to lead new customer onboarding strategies and ensure full integration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required
      - Minimum of 3+ years of outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
      - Industry experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, dental, or orthodontic products
      - Proven track record of achieving sales goals
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in orthodontic sales
      - Comfort in having clinical conversations with orthodontists
      - Ability to facilitate business discussions with orthodontic practice owners (e.g., cash flow analysis, ROI, P&L)
