What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the consultative sales process, educating members and prospective customers about products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts within the assigned territory
- Deliver and execute sales plans that meet or exceed Key Performance Indexes set by senior management
- Document all interactions in Salesforce within 24 hours
- Coordinate and attend farm shows, membership meetings, and other relevant events

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Business Management or Animal Science with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct on-farm sales or equivalent business experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales budgets through customer retention and development
- Strong organizational skills to manage a large geographic territory and multiple activities
- Familiarity with dairy farms and dairy farming practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Salesforce
