What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and accurately project future sales forecasts
- Conduct business meetings with dealers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them
- Recommend service, product, and process enhancements to improve sales potential for dealers and the company
- Partner with the sales team to qualify, recruit, and launch new dealers using D2D and marketing tactics
- Observe and interact with customers and D2D representatives in the field
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three or more years of professional-level sales experience, with at least two years in a sales management role
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business is preferred
- Availability to travel 70% of the time
