What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive market adoption of Aeroseal's AeroBarrier Envelope Sealing and Aeroseal Duct Sealing at residential new construction builders
- Prospect for new business, identify potential clients, and secure new business relationships
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce
- Cultivate strong relationships with builders and HERS raters to drive sales
- Keep up to date with trends in the construction industry to align sales strategies with market needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated success in sales/business development, preferably in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Communication, or Liberal Arts is preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in lead generation and driving sales through relationship-building
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with builders, HERS raters, or similar roles in the construction market
- Experience in selling non-commodity products
- Strong desire for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
- Ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Problem-solving skills and a tenacious approach to overcoming obstacles
