      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct an average of 5-10 dealership visits to sign new dealerships and grow application counts
      - Collaborate with dealer partners to structure deals and maximize profitability through UAC products
      - Work closely with assigned Credit Analysts and Funders to ensure loan approvals and timely funding
      - Address and resolve issues in partnership with the Dealer Compliance team
      - Provide exceptional customer service to dealer customers and maintain strong dealer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success
      - Previous experience in auto finance sales and underwriting or dealership experience
      - Sub-prime auto finance experience highly preferred
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
      - Ability to work Saturdays as needed and travel daily within a 60-mile radius

      - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
      - Strong knowledge of the auto finance market and competition
      - Familiarity with dealer compliance regulations
